		"Snap-It" Rigid K/D Panel Connector and Lid Hinge An amazing 2-piece snap-together connector that can be assembled and disassembled hundreds of times without loss of strength or rigidity. Does not require machining and attaches with only two screws. Resists up to 185 lbs. pullout force! Made of special molded thermoplastic resin resistant to temperature variations, chemicals and aging. Lightweight, powerful, economical and easy-to install. (Can be used horizontally as a lid pivot hinge!) Crystalline polyester polyamide with a tensile strength of 7300 lbs. per sq. Inch. Not affected by temperatures of -40º F or +100º F! As a pivot hinge, shows no deterioration after 50,000 cycles. Black color.




		Panel Assembly Connectors (2) An economical, easy-to-install connector. Easy assembly easy disassembly. SIDE PANEL: Drill 8 mm OD hole x 25mm long; For 5/8" wood: hole is 7mm from inside face For 3/4" wood: hole is 9 mm from inside face Insert dowel then drive-in steel pin to lock in place. BOTTOM PANEL: Drill 25 mm OD hole 12 mm deep For 5/8" side: hole is 15 mm from outer edge For 3/4" side: hole is 16 mm from outer edge Use: Turn steel cam 90° to lock or unlock Order: X-350/8 drill for 8 mm hole; X-2518/25 borer for 25 mm hole.




		Gripmaster Nylon KD Corner Joint Steel cam in the female section engages slot in the male for rigid connection. For the sidewall, drill 25 mm diam. hole 7/16" deep, with the center of the hole 10 mm from the inside of the wood (for the male section). For the bottom panel, drill 25 mm hole, (for the female) 12 mm deep placing the center of the hole from the outer edge 1.5 mm. more than the size of the sidewall. (example: FOR 19 MM SIDE, DRILL 20.5 MM FROM EDGE) White or brown. Use Selby X-2518/25 carbide borer to drill both holes.




		Rapid Assembly-Disassembly Without Tools 2-piece nylon interlocking fitting with slide-on steel locking cover. Surface mounted, no machining. Cover may be applied from either side, by hand, without tools. Brown or White base, chromed steel or bronze cover.




		Connecting Screws (5) Steel, connecting screws capped in plastic. Both ends slotted. Brown or White. Machine drills & borers in all millimeter sizes available carbide-coated or chrome-steel.




		Corner Reinforcer Caster Bracket Heavy duty (0.078 gauge) cold-rolled steel to strengthen 90º corner joints. Built-in 5/16-18 nut accommodates casters or glides with threaded stems. Screwholes for #8 or #9 RH screws. Zinc plated.




		Cabinet Wall-Hanger Ribbed, corner-gusseted steel angle wall-mount to hang cabinets, Easy lift-on, lift-off installation and removal. Vertical, lateral and front-to-back adjustments. Fastens to wall with 1/4-20 or M6 (6 mm) machine screw. 0.070 gauge tempered steel. Bright Nickel Plated. Adjustments: (A) side-to-side: 12 mm (B) up-and-down: 6 mm (C) front-to-back: 24 mm.




		Utility Corner Jointing Quick assembly or disassembly of panels with in-line hole boring of 3 mm or 5 mm holes. 8 different places possible for mounting plus one locking screw. 0.080 gauge hardened steel Bright Zinc plated. Machine drills & borers in all millimeter sizes available carbide-coated or chrome-steel.




		Bed Rail Fasteners (3) Extra-heavy 0.125 gauge steel for secure fastening of bedrails to bedposts. Heavy swaged hooks on male section engage rectangular openings on female. Rigid assembly, quick disconnect, easy installation. Yellow zinc plated. Sold in sets of 4, 6 sets per carton.




		Surface-Mounted Corner Connector No production machining or drilling! 2-piece nylon connector with locking screw Male section has twin anti-twist locating dowels which mate with holes in the female. Locking screw through the male fastens into steel nut molded into the female. Assembled size: 5/8" thick, 1-1/2" long and 1-1/4" high. Brown.

		Corner Wood Joiner 2- Pc. Corner Wood Joiner Wedge-action joiner for strength and stability. Formed tabs on male section engage angled slots on right-angled male part, Cold-rolled steel, yellow-zinc plated. Sold singly. 2-3/4" long x 1-9/16" high x 0.058 gauge steel.

		Rapid Corner Joints (Patented) Strong corner jointing where rapid assembly and disassembly are required. For prefabricated sheds, partitions, shelving, counters, cases etc. Supplied in sets of 2 interlocking "lefts" and 2 interlocking "rights" (2 corners). Lighter use medium grade steel. Zinc plated finish on 0.060 steel.




		Extra-Heavy Corner Joint Heavy gauge steel wedge-action corner jointing for on-the-job assembly. Interlocking parts need no machining, attach with screws. For wood parts 4"-8" wide, wider units may use two assemblies. The greater the pressure, the tighter the joint! Supplied in sets of 8 pieces (four corners). Zinc-plated on 0.106" steel.
